Best Tomato Paste and Super Convenient!

Good But Pricier Alternative To Canned or Jarred Paste
I recently discovered these in a Whole Foods market and knew I had to order a bunch to keep them around. I use a lot of tomato paste when cooking and I like the resealable pouches. I normally buy canned paste, which can leach chemicals (even in a non-BPA liner), or jars of paste, which usually have BPA in the lid. I can’t say for certain that these resealable pouches don’t leach anything, but until I learn otherwise I consider them safer.That said, Muir Glen brand is not my favorite, as it tends to be on the slightly tart side, but mixed with a few spices and/or a separate sauce makes it taste very good. Overall I like these and plan to keep buying them, although I do wish they were less expensive.

This tomato paste has a depth of flavor that’s hard to beat—slightly sweet, robust, and smooth. What really sets it apart is the resealable pouch. I no longer waste half a can or deal with awkward storage. It’s perfect for small batch cooking and adds a great base to sauces and soups without the mess.

I love this tomato paste
I really enjoy buying this tomato paste because you have no added extra unhealthy ingredients in there. It is only just tomato paste and I enjoy buying this because I know what’s in my food. It’s very helpful thing to look at ingredients because you just never know what you may be ingesting When you purchase something without looking at ingredients.

I really like the flavor and convenience of this product. However, the quality has been inconsistent. The paste is sometimes nearly black instead of deep red and I had to toss. I cancelled my subscription.
