Contadina is a very good tomato paste.
My family has been using this Paste for Tomato Sauce as long as I am old (70+) . We cant get it in TN, But I an never going back to NJ, Thank heavens that Amazon can get it for us,

I was surprised by how many there are. From the picture of these I didn’t expect so many. The pictures of some items for sale aren’t representative enough.

Great tomato paste
I love ordering tomato paste! My opinion I think it’s better than buying tomato sauce because I use one small can for large meals just add water . I use it for spaghetti, chili beans, curry, soup, all types of meals. This is my goto that I buy every month for my family meals. Packaging is great aswell.

Very spicy so I add just a little at a time to my sauce till it gets to just where I want it. Only problem is than I have to throw part of the can away.

Very handy to have in the kitchen
Each can makes two to three cups of tomato sauce. A couple of tablespoons can add extra flavor to your soups or gravies. Depending on your choice of seasonings, it is very versatile. I didn’t see the olive oil although I can see where air was forced in. The cans are ablittle difficult to open but that could be the small diameter not being compatible with my can opener.
